In this photo, original cast members Jason Biggs, Tara Reid, Mena Suvari, Sean William Scott, Alyson Hannigan and Thomas Ian Nicholas are striking a familiar pose for the upcoming film American Pie Reunion.

As for the vibe on set, Sean William Scott tells People:

"In many respects we've grown up a lot. But on the other hand we haven't grown up at all. Alyssa Milano has given birth to her baby boy. She welcomed son Milo Thomas Bugliari at 9:27 a.m. on Wednesday.

He weighed in at 7 lbs and was 19 inches long. Milano, 38, announced in March that she was expecting a boy.

Milano and her Hollywood agent husband David Bugliari wed in 2009. This is the first child for both.

Rapper T.I. Released From Prison

Rapper T.I. has been released from an Arkansas prison -- and is on his way to either a community living facility or home confinement.

T.I. was sentenced to 11 months behind bars after his drug possession arrest on the Sunset Strip back in September 2010 -- an arrest that caused law enforcement officials to revoke his probation stemming from a federal gun conviction back in 2009.

Oscar De La Hoya Says He Cheated on His Wife

Oscar De La Hoya is opening up about why he checked himself into rehab -- claiming he was abusing cocaine and alcohol, and cheating on his wife. He was even considering suicide.

The boxing icon spoke with Univision -- saying, "There were drugs, my drug of choice was cocaine and alcohol. Cocaine was recent. The last 2 years, last 2-and-a-half years and I depended more on the alcohol than the cocaine."

De La Hoya says he's been sober for three months now -- but he's still undergoing treatment. He also says he's joined Alcoholics Anonymous.

The boxer says he thought about ending his life, but ultimately decided he did not have "the strength" and "courage" to do it.

Mel Gibson to Pay Oksana Only $750,000 in Divorce Settlement

Mel Gibson has agreed to pay $750,000 to his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva as part of their custody settlement.

According to the terms of the agreement, revealed in court today, Mel will give Oksana the money in 3 installments of $250,000 -- the first payment will be made when the deal is signed today.

The next payment will be made on Sept. 15, 2013 -- and the final payment will be made on Jan. 1, 2016.

Today in court, the judge in the custody case said the couple will have joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Lucia.

The judge also said the house that Oksana and Lucia are living in will be sold when Lucia turns 18 and the money will be placed in a trust for Lucia.

New reports in The Post and on Curbed reveal that Mr. and Mrs. Kim Kardashian have returned from their brief honeymoon in Italy to New York City where they are expected to (temporarily) settle into a posh penthouse suite at the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel that goes for a whopping $7,000 per night.

The hotel's website shows the duplex suite they're most likely moving into (shown above) measures approximately 2,000 square feet and features a dramatic double height living room with two story high wall of windows, a sculptural floating staircase, fireplace with towering marble chimney breast, private terrace with glittery city view, and state-of-the-art audio and visual systems.

The newlyweds will remain in residence at the swanky hotel just north of Madison Square Park while Kim K. shoots another one of those Kardashian ~~scripted~~ reality shows.

Justin Bieber Involved in Minor Car Crash -- Honda Collides with Ferrari

Justin Bieber was behind the wheel of a super-expensive Ferrari when the singer was involved in a minor fender bender in L.A. today. This according to the LAPD, but don't worry Bieber fans, he is doing just fine.

According to police, a driver in a Honda collided with a Ferrari driven by Bieber. The Honda "tapped" Biebs so gently he didn't exchange info with the other driver.

But we're told one of Justin's peeps decided ... better safe than sorry and decided to call police -- who showed up and said there wasn't enough damage to even take a report.

Former NBA player Javaris Crittenton has been ARRESTED after trying to board an airplane in Orange County, CA.

Crittenton had checked in for a flight to Atlanta last night, where his lawyer said he was going to surrender in a murder case. He was taken to an L.A. police station and booked on suspicion of being a fugitive from justice, the FBI confirms to the Washington Post.

Javaris, once played for the Washington Wizards, and is wanted for murder in the shooting death of 22-year-old Julian Jones.

2011 VMAs Score Highest Number Of Viewers Ever For MTV

Despite massive power outages on the East Coast, MTV came out WINNING!

The 2011 Video Music Awards pulled in record-breaking numbers: 12.4 million viewers tuned in, making it the most watched MTV telecast in the network's twenty year history.

The show appeared to be aided by Beyoncé's pregnancy announcement -- and Lady Gaga's drag alter ego Jo Calderone. The 2011 VMAs were up 9% in total viewers and 8% in the 12-34 age range from last year's show.

"Lost" Star Matthew Fox Accused of Assaulting Woman

Matthew Fox was detained by cops in Cleveland, Ohio Saturday night after allegedly assaulting a woman outside of a bar.

Law enforcement sources say the "Lost" star allegedly tried to enter a party bus -- even though he wasn't a guest on the vehicle. The woman who was driving the bus tried to block Fox from getting on board -- at which point, he allegedly punched her in the breast and the "stomach area."

According to the police report, the woman PUNCHED BACK -- and struck Fox "in the mouth causing a cut on his lip."

The woman told police she might have broken her hand during the altercation.

Fox was later released to a friend ... who put the actor into a taxi and accompanied him back to his hotel.
Fox was handcuffed by an off-duty officer -- and was later detained by police.

The VMA's included a special tribute to the late Amy Winehouse, with the singer's friends, Russell Brand, Tony Bennett and Bruno Mars all paying tribute to the talented and troubled star.

Mars was chosen to pay musical homage to Winehouse, and put his own spin on her hit single Valerie, while encouraging the crowd to clap along and join him in showing appreciation for the late singer.

Russell knew Winehouse before she was famous, and recalled the first time he heard her sing, expressing:

“She was kind of like a daft, dopey person, just kinda wandering around. Kinda crazy. The first time I heard her sing, I didn’t even know it was her."Russell later Tony Bennett, who unveiled a never-before-seen video from his March 2011 recording session at the Abbey Road Studios in London with the late singer.

Bennett said of the Rehab singer: “I recorded with Amy Winehouse and she was so unbelievable, because of all the artists I met in the last 20 years, she was a true jazz artist”. The pair recorded the single Body and Soul early this year, which ended up being Winehouse’s last studio recording.

The FBI has joined the search for ex-NBA player Javaris Crittenton -- who is wanted for murder in the shooting death of a 22-year-old woman.

The feds have announced they are working with police in Atlanta -- where Jullian Jones was shot and killed on August 19.

Cops believe Crittenton was not aiming at Jones -- but rather someone else in the area who may have robbed the former basketball player back in April. It's unclear if officials have an idea where Javaris may be hiding out -- and the FBI is not releasing any further information.

Weekend Box Office: "The Help" Stays On Top

The Help seemed relatively unfazed by Hurricane Irene over the weekend, while the three new nationwide releases Colombiana, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark and Our Idiot Brother were blown away. The drama packed an estimated $14.3 million, down about 28 percent from last weekend, lifting its total to $96.6 million in 19 days.

The weekend as a whole, though, was the second-slowest of the year so far, ahead of only Super Bowl weekend (Feb. 4-6), but business was poised to flounder, hurricane or no. Minka Kelly and Derek Jeter have ended their relationship after three years together, their reps confirmed, on Friday.

The Charlie's Angels actress hinted at signs of trouble with the Yankees shortstop when she told GQ magazine in January: "I promise you, I'm not getting married in the next month."

Jeter became the first Yankee to reach 3,000 hits last month, and Kelly was spotted in the luxury suite, cheering him on. But ever since Kelly is hard at work on the Charlie's Angels revival series in Miami, distance may have played a key role in the split.

Rihanna Premieres "Cheers" Music Video

Rihanna has just released the music video for her latest single, Cheers (Drink To That), and it's a good one!

The singer actually shot some of the footage for the video herself during her tour stop in Kensington Oval, Barbados on August 5. The video features a behind the scenes look at concert and backstage shots from Riri's Loud tour, and includes cameos by Avril Lavigne (Rihanna samples I’m With You in the song), Cee Lo Green, Kanye West and Jay-Z.

Rihanna just wrapped the European leg of her tour, and will return to the stage on Sept. 17, when the Loud tour kicks off again in South America.
