We finally know what Kim Kardashian's lawsuit against Old Navy was all about. She's protecting a HUGE deal the whole Kardashian clan has with Sears.
Last week Kim filed a lawsuit against Old Navy because she felt they were trying to trick people into thinking she was the spokeswoman for the company by using a lookalike in the commercials.
The real reason the suit was filed was because Sears felt the Old Navy commercials compromised it's ad campaign for the Kardashian Kollection. It's an exclusive line of clothing and bedding that launches in about a month and a half, where the whole Kardashian clan will make millions from.
Sears executives questioned Kim to know if she was part of the Old Navy ads. The company feels the ad creates confusion in the marketplace.
