Beyonce is turning 30 this years and the "Bootylicious" diva has never looked better!

The "Run The World" singer, who will celebrate her birthday on September 4, looks amazing in Harper's Bazaar UK's Strictly Sexy issue.

In the magazine Jay-Z's wifey wears everything from Hermes to Lanvin.

When asked about her friendship with Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyonce tells the magazine....

"She pushes her boundaries all the time. You go to her house and she makes you feel like you never want to go home. She is what I strive to be one day."
